CARETAKING ASSISTANT
Currently seeking a qualified candidate to assist our lead caretaker in managing a portfolio of high-end residential properties. Job duties include periodic inspections of properties, light handy work, preparing client communication reports, and performing preventive maintenance and other property management tasks. Prospective candidates should have strong communication skills, have great attention to detail, and a working understanding of building systems. Light handy work and carpentry skills favorable. Willing to train the right person. Must be able to respond to emergency calls during off hours and have a valid MA driver’s license and a vehicle.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Currently looking for graphic designer to join our office team.
Duties for this position include:
Responsible for creating graphics for proposals, promotions, public relations, constant contact materials, and advertisements for visual communication media as well as help develop digital content, analytics and ongoing maintenance of graphics and other visual assets for social media.
Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality
graphic- design art work for print materials, advertising and web graphics.
Help develop integrated, effective strategy, and create content and manage social media accounts.
Provide social media analytical reports on a weekly basis.
Design and produce marketing materials including bid proposals, e-mail blasts, announcements, presentation boards, company decals. and soft goods.
Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Design Engineering PLUS 1 year experience as Graphic Designer
