This year-round home was designed and built for two professionals in a newly created enclave of custom homes with a close proximity to downtown Nantucket and the added benefit of a private, pastoral setting. The large deck is perfectly suited for entertaining friends and family while watching the setting sun. The garage was designed to provide enough space for two cars as well as the active couple's equipment. The interior spaces are a combination of understatement and luxury that drew inspiration from the owners’ travels; the result is an elegant, distinctly modern home.
